CORPORATE OVERVIEW

GEN5 provides the full range of Managed Services and Customer Care Services to customers ranging in size from revenues less than $500,000 to revenues over $1 billion. Gen5 provides mission critical services to a number of its customers, including a large ERP client. The Managed Services oversees the network, security and infrastructure for these clients and has assisted clients in obtaining and maintaining PCI compliance. The Customer Care Services process over 5 million phone calls and over 80,000 IT Service Desk tickets per year for our customers.
